We receive, process, portion, and distribute fresh seafood in our state of the art facility in downtown LA. P&D is situated in the hub of the Los Angeles seafood district, allowing us to run our operations efficiently. Our facilities are FDA and LA Public Health Department inspected and HACCP approved. Food safety, quality, control, and proper handling are the upmost priority of our company. We are so passionate about quality and the safety of our products; that we have three HACCP managers in our upper division and also a group of highly trained staff monitoring and recording every movements of our products on a daily basis.
